By creating an account on the Kaiser Alumni Network, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who this is for

This site is for actual graduates and affiliates of Henry J. Kaiser High School. Sign up with your real identity — the name you enter (and, if different, your legal or maiden name) is used to verify alumni status before an admin approves your account. Impersonating someone else or misrepresenting your connection to Kaiser is grounds for rejection or removal.

Account approval

New accounts start in a pending state and can't sign in until an admin verifies them. Admins may reject signups that can't be verified as Kaiser alumni; rejected accounts can't sign in.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post — feed posts, comments, gallery photos, mentor requests, and profile content. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy. Other members can report posts, photos, or comments for admin review, and admins may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Donations

Donations made through the Donate page are processed by a third-party donation platform, not by us directly — see that page for our current tax-deductibility status, which may change over time. We're not responsible for the third-party platform's handling of payment information.

No warranty

This site is run by volunteers on a best-effort basis and provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Kaiser Alumni Association isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
